Prepare yourself to have a new earworm for the week. Washington-via-Brookyln three-piece Jukebox The Ghost have been plugging away in the lower leagues of pop for some time now, but if "Somebody" and its parent album Safe Travels (released August 13th) doesn’t become a major hit for them, it’s time to go buy a hat and eat it. Relentlessly perky and upbeat, “Somebody” is built on the power-pop of decades gone by that has for some reason become highly unfashionable in the contemporary age. We say fuck fashion; if it’s good, then it’s good and this is extremely good.
